Virtual EMS

Help Circles are located on almost every page. These are intended to provide you with some more information regarding how to navigate the Virtual EMS site.

Home Page

The home page allows you to do a number of functions.

Browse: This area allows you to browse current reservations by event type, specific facility, or specific space.

Reservations: This section allows you to review any past reservations as well as create new reservation request for space.

My Account: This section allows you to update your profile information, create an account, and log-in. Note: You cannot make a reservations request if you are not logged-in.

Welcome to the Northern Arizona University’s Event Management System (EMS).

This site allows potential event planners to browse available meeting and event spaces on the University’s campus as well as check availability and request the use of facilities.

If this is your first time visiting this site, review the facilities and availability on the Browse Space page located under the browse tab.

Once you have decided on a venue that will work for your event, submit a request for the space.  After your request has been received, it will be reviewed by the facility manager.   The facility manager will contact you to confirm your reservation if the space is available.  IMPORTANT:  SUBMITTING A REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPACE.  YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT FINAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE FACILITY MANAGER.

Online reservations are currently open to NAU Faculty and Staff. Student groups should contact Student Life.  If you are an off-campus entity looking to reserve space, please contact the facility manager directly.
